Loknayak Jayprakash Narayan has taken part in the movement of independent India, with Mahatma Gandhi. He became underground in this movement. He sent imprisonment many times. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru had asked him to join Congress Party. He rejected the proposal of Nehru. He decided to change the society, without joining Congress Party. So, that he accepted the way of revolution. He started some movements to eradicate poverty and inequality in the society. He started movements against fords corruptions in our country. He started student’s movement in Gujarat and Bihar.

Then he worked with Vinoba Bhave and joined with Sarvoday Mandal and worked for land offering movement. He donated all his land and wealth to the movement. He devoted his life to the movement and thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi. He get married with Prabhavati Devi but, both they lived like unmarried. So that we have named our organisation as ‘Jayprabha’ choosing the two names combination. Our organisation is working to keep continue the thought of such leaders. The society is helping to others and work for people.
